7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is the property of Pleiades Consultancy or its licensors. Work product created specifically for you as part of a paid service engagement becomes your property upon full payment.

8. Results Disclaimer

We cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or visibility on any AI platform or search engine. Results vary based on industry competitiveness, geographic location, existing online presence, and changes to AI platform algorithms.

Case studies, testimonials, and examples shared on our Site represent individual results and are not guarantees of future performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pleiades Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Site or our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
